Snowmen can also be a theme for toys, costumes and decorations. A common time for snowman theme decorations is during Christmas. A craft book suggested a plan making a small snowman doll with white glove, ribbon and other craft supplies.

A book about snowmen, which included instructions on working with real snow, also mentions candy and confectionery with a snowman theme. Some options for snowman theme dessert items include ice cream , marshmallows and macarons.
